1. How big are the candles? 
   Our luxury candles comes in a few sizes such as 8oz and 11oz. The 8oz comes in our gold tin jar w/ lid. The 11oz comes in our matte white jar w/ lid and gold gift box.
2. What kind of wax are the candles made with? 
   All of our luxury candles/melts are made with 100% soy wax! Our wax is natural, renewable, biodegradable and burns slowly and clean. Making our candles 100% vegan and much healthier for us and the environment.
3. When should I trim my wick? 
   For proper candle care and smaller flame you should trim your wick 1/4” before each burn.
4. How do I keep a clean & steady burn? 
   Be sure that you are trimming your wick frequently before your burning session. Also be sure to limit your sessions anywhere to 2-6 hours or at least until the full top surface is fully melted.
5. How do I use the candle melts? 
   For the best results for our Es’ Scents Melts you will need a wax melt warmer or candle warmer! This is simply an alternative/ more safe way of enjoying your favorite candle scent.
6. Does the candle melts last longer than the candles? Typically the melts can last longer than the candles simply because the burn will be much slower than a flammable candle. It’s all up to you and how frequently you’re burning the products. However this will still give you the ability of fulfilling your home with the beautiful aromas of Es’ Scents!
7. Order Processing & Shipping. 
   All orders are shipped in the order that they are received. Processing can be anywhere from 3-5 days and shipped anywhere between 5-7 days after processing.
